Holy, Just, Ensample | Session 4

Jan 26, 2025    Josh Strelecki

Session 4 of the Biblical Leadership Course, focuses on three key leadership qualities: holy, just, and ensample (example). The lesson emphasizes that these qualities are essential aspects of Christ-like character and integrity, as detailed in biblical passages like Titus 1:8 and 1 Peter 5:3. "Holy" is defined as being consecrated, unique, and peculiar, reflecting an unfeigned faith in God's purposes. "Just" refers to being upright in heart and doing what is right according to God's word, while "ensample" means being an exemplary pattern or type for others to follow.

This session provides extensive biblical references and applications for each quality, emphasizing how they were embodied by Christ and should be reflected in Christian leadership. This session challenges leaders to examine how they actively separate themselves from ungodly influences, make righteous decisions, and serve as Christ-like examples to others. Finally, this session stresses that these qualities should be evident in both private and public life, demonstrating consistent integrity in all circumstances.
